The District Lions Training Institute (DLTI) is organizing a half day virtual workshop designed to support Key Chairpersons for your club who are Club Membership Chairperson, Club Service Chairperson, Marketing Communications Chairperson and Club LCIF Co-ordinator. This program will equip all Chairpersons to be successful not only in your individual role, but as a cohesive team member with your fellow club members and officers.

A brief synopsis of the Program is shown below:

•   Club Membership Chairperson- You serve in the critical role of facilitating positive membership growth through the addition of quality members to your club. Learn to look for ways to improve and evaluate your club’s recruitment and member engagement strategies.

•   Club Service Chairperson - You serve in the critical role of facilitating the development and implementation of your club service goals

•   Marketing Communications Chairperson- You play a dynamic lead role in your club.

Learn how to share your members pride and joy of being a Lion with others.

•   Club LCIF Coordinator will serve as an ambassador for Lions Clubs International Foundation in your club. Learn on how to motivate others to support LCIF and enable the foundation to advance its humanitarian work in your community and around the world.

 

Learning Outcomes:

 

•   Know your roles and responsibilities to fully support your club

•   Lead and implement action plans to achieve your goals.

•   Tools, resources, and documents that make your job easier
