The three-day ELLI Workshop is designed to accomplish the following objectives:

•   Understand the significance of assessing community needs

•   Recognise the reasons people resist change

•   Identify strategies for supporting a team as a team leader

•   Understand the strengths and limitations of your communication style

•   Identify the components of effective meeting facilitation

•   Recognise the dimensions of diversity

•   Understand and support the mission of Lions Clubs International Foundation

•   Utilise Club Quality Initiative to achieve club success

•   Meet fellow Lions and share experiences.

The Program is heavily subsidised and extremely limited, with only 25 seats available. Each club can register more than one participant for the workshop, but priority will be offered to one member per club, subject to 25 participants at the closing date
